How long will my order take?

Our gear is made to order. Allow 7 to 10 business days for production, then 3 to 5 business days for shipping. Most orders arrive in 10 to 15 business days.

Why does it take that long?

We make each order when you place it, so nothing sits on a shelf.

How does a custom order work?

Tell us what you want made. We send a free mockup within 48 hours. Once you approve it, we start production.

What is the minimum for a custom order?

Custom orders start at 14 pieces. Need fewer? Tell us in the form and we'll see what we can do.

Are there set-up fees?

Set-up fees are waived for veterans and first responders on custom orders.

Can I return a custom order?

No. Custom items are made just for you, so they can't be returned. Standard items can be returned within 30 days if unworn and unused. See Shipping & Returns.
